Eddie turns 31 today! I would like to wish him all the best on this very special day! 2012 has been such an amazing year for Eddie which started with ‘Richard II’ at the Donmar Warehouse in London, the release of ‘Birdsong’ on BBC1 and the tremendous success of ‘Les Miserables’ (only 5 more days until it’s out in the UK!). I can’t wait to see what’s in store for him!

Happy Birthday Eddie! You are an incredible singer/actor. I saw Les Miserables in London last year and I absolutely fell in love with the musical. And then I heard they were making a movie and I started counting down the days until it came out. My favorite character was Eponine at the time. But after seeing the movie (and sobbing through over half of it) I decided Marius was my favorite character. Your song Empty Chairs at Empty Tables was my favorite song in the whole movie. I’ve seen the movie three times already and I am planning on going back to the theatre and seeing it many more times. Congrats on everything you have accomplished. PS, can’t believe that the LES MIS’ film still has not released in the U.K. — flabbergasting to me, why would we in “The Colonies” get this film first? Glad we’ve got it though, Eddie. I’ve seen it SIX TIMES. Beautiful film. Last time I saw a film this many times was the re-release (for one week only) of LAWRENCE OF ARABIA. Saw that one 10 times (because I took numereous friends and relatives to see it). Happy Birthday again, you giant of a talent.
