Eddie is attending tonight the Dior party to celebrate the premiere of “My Week with Marilyn” as part of the New York Film Festival. Here are the first pictures that have surfaced. I’ll be adding more as they become available, so keep checking back!

The first reviews for “My Week with Marilyn” that premiered today at the New York Film Festival with a screening of the film and a Q&A after are out. Even though most of them focus on Michelle Williams’ performance as Marilyn Monroe, you can find some tidbits about Eddie.

“The reason so many extraordinary actors were working on this film was because they love working for Simon,” said Redmayne. “He has a wonderful facility with actors.”

Redmayne is adorably naive and mouth-gaped throughout, giving Colin a bit of hapless charm that never feels forced.

A new still of Eddie as Colin Clark in “My Week with Marilyn” has surfaced. The film is set to premiere at the New York Film Festival this weekend and will hit theatres on November 5th. Take a look!

In other news, according to broadway.com the full cast has been announced for the Donmar Warehouse’s production of Shakespeare’s Richard II in which Eddie stars.

In Shakespeare’s epic tale of destruction, ruin and decay, King Richard banishes his noblemen and seizes their land to fuel his own wars. As anger mounts, a battle for the soul of England begins and one man’s divine right to rule is called into question.
